List the important events of the chapter in chronological order
1) Strange people rescue Tally from the fire.
2)Tally hopes the people who saved her are the "fire-bug-eyes" in the note
3) Tally finds out the strange people are the fire bug eyes and are called rangers
4) Tally learns about helicopters
5) Tally learns the rangers help out smokies
6) Tally reaches the bald head and waits


Respond to the following quote: "...Tally was stuck out here in the wild forever. Ugly for life. Her only way home was to betray her friend."

To me it means she is having to make a really tough decision, either se chooses to be pretty or betray her friend.
